What We Offer

TNTJ Project: We are an organization attempting to shine a light on inequalities suffered by the transgender community, including: barriers to health care, discriminatory hiring practices, violence and assault. We network to create access to trans friendly health care services, find resources for HIV testing, access to safe housing, and advocate for fair hiring.

LaSaia Wade is Founder and Director of TNTJ Project. She graduated 2010 with her BA in business administration going on the work for Bellsouth. In 2013 creating TNTJ Project; Tennessee Transgender Journey Project: is an consulting firm we facilitate trainings around Allyship, Trans Misogyny, Inclusion, and Policy Change as well as many others depending on needs. She network to create access to trans friendly health care services, find resources for HIV testing, access to safe housing, and advocate for fair hiring. This organization since it creation she has added chapters across The nation as in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville. She has work with many organizations as in TWOCC Trans Women of Color Collective, TPOCC Trans People of Color Coalition, Transgender Law Center and many other dealing with policy and conference building. She continues to build the community up, she is currently in Chicago working with many organizations to drive better access to cater around the Trans, Queer, and Non-Binary community.

We are proud to be one of the official service providers for Oris watches for the United States, as well as an authorized service center for Breitling, Bulgari, and Cartier.
